排毒

「排毒」，多好用的名詞。美容院用錯護膚品，令你皮膚敏感爆瘡。只要他們告訴你，爆瘡是好事，是他們的療程把你身體內的毒素排出來，才會爆瘡。你不單不會追究，還會心甘情願多做幾個療程。而他們亦不用道歉，並有多幾張單。你再做，再爆瘡，這便是你很毒，要再加單。到你的皮膚適應了這外來刺激，不再爆瘡，這便是他們的療程幫到你；所以，你應繼續做。

Lost and Found

My husband is not a romantics man. He seldom says 'I love you'. Less than one time per year. When I said that to him, he would replied, 'me too', 'ok', 'um'...

This cell phone and the key chain were lost two weeks after our wedding but they appeared again recently.

I left my cell phone with the key chain at the airport security check point. Since the airport is kinda far away from home, it takes too much effort to get it back. So, I just got another one.

Two and half years later, they showed up amazingly!

When my hubby knew that I left my cell and key chain at the airport, he got it back without letting me know. He wanted to surprised me; however, at the time he received it, I already decided to get a new cell phone.

Now, he thought I might need the phone again, so he started telling me the story.

I asked him why he did not tell me at the beginning. He said the reason for him to get the phone back from the airport is because he thought I would be happy to see it again. However, when he knew that I was happy with my new one, he decided to keep my happiness growing.

I always complained that he is not romantics and seldom says 'I love you' to me, but what he has done to me is really touching.

事奉在西藏

牧師最近和我們分享了一些傳道人在西藏事奉的經歷；有點啟發，有點感受。
一位西方傳教士靠著神，勞心勞力的在西藏事奉十餘年。一方面傳揚神的話，一方面不辭勞苦的幫助當地居民。可是，卻因數年前西藏爭取獨立，在中國政府對宗教的政策下，西方傳教士被驅逐出境。他現在雖然身在美國，但心仍是記掛著神給他的使命，掛念著給他的羊。而他正在美國讀醫的兒子，其志願是學有所成後回西藏幫助當地居民。
聽到這裡，心有戚戚然。當聽到這西方傳教士另外兩位中國傳道人同工，現在還被監禁，心便酸起來了。

心酸過後，便是心虛；自覺虧欠了神，虧欠了國內同胞。那位西方傳教士和兩位中國傳道人，身處險地，亦勇於面對，敢於犧牲。我們活在太平之地，遑論冒險、犧牲，那怕為被欺壓的同胞說一句公道話也不願。大概，我們會有大量「理由」為我們不願作的護航；然而，行公義，好憐憫不正正是聖經的教道嗎? 共勉之。

人在做，天在看!

善惡到頭終有報。種什麼，得什麼。這邊廂多行不義的終自斃，那邊廂善良人終於修成正果，幸福滿溢。原來人在做，天真的在看。

Jelly Belly

My coworker gave me a box of jelly beans. Although I don't like candy that much, it is so fun to eat....

i haven't tried them all yet but I can tell you that the rotten egg favor made me almost threw up...

Lamb

I don't usually eat lamb because of its smell. However, the one my friend cooked tastes really good!!

My favorite veggie - carrot:

Another good veggie:

Season the lamb with sea salt:

Preheat the oven to 375 deg C:

Cook for 8 - 10 minutes:

Chop garlic to small pieces:

Gravy mix:

Add water to dissolve gravy mix:

Cook garlic, then add gravy:

DONE

5.16 Trip

We have met a lot of great people and have learned a lot from them during this trip!

第一次到商業電台。


第一次直播經歷。

儘管我們的見解不同，他亦讓我們上他的節目發言，宣傳5。16公投。雖然我不太認同他的為人，但他示範了「我不同意你的意見，但我會捍衛你的言論自由。」這才是真正的民主；是絕對值得學習的。

最初看到「反對暴力政治」，還以為是聲討六四血腥鎮壓。原來，大家對暴力的定意可以是那麼南轅北轍。如果罵人、開會時發脾氣掟東西是暴力，那麼血腥鎮壓便更應正視。 平反六四議案被功能組別否決了多次。毓民主張廢除功能組別；如功能組別被廢除，六四便有望被平反。但如果「請走癲狗」，你會幫市民請走功能組別、反對真正的政治暴力麼?

一句到尾，我撐你！

撐你們！因為我被你們犧牲的精神感動了。

與五區公投的總發言人，余若薇，淺談片刻，但獲益良多。

這十七歲小子解釋為何要廢除功能組別和爭取真普選，有紋有路。他說，當他看見毓民掟蕉後，便開始關心香港、留意政治。我問：「毓民掟蕉沒有教壞你嗎，細路？」他說：「只要你了解整件事，思考他為什麼這樣做，便知道這不是教壞細路了。」有意思！有意思！
在街站呼籲市民投票並非輕易。這讓我更加體會到公社兩黨的辛勞和壓力。

以前的同學，現在已為人師表。她的學生真幸福；因為他們的老師為了他們有更民主的將來，投下公義的一票！ 我不知道你年老時，向你子孫提起你曾經擔當的這個職業時的心情，不過，我現在可以肯定的告訴你，我以你為傲!

韓寒說: 老師們，也許你們是顆身不由己的植物，但是你們的每一個學生都是你們的種子。嘗試著真正的做一個教師吧，教給你的學生常識和思考，獨立與正義，為了年老時向你子孫提起你曾經擔當的這個職業的時候心存驕傲，而不是滿懷羞愧。

香港民主之父。非常感謝他不斷地為香港爭取民主!

他提議我們翻開世界地圖，看看香港的鄰近地方，有多少已是民主國家。

朱牧師是我心目中的民族英雄；非常敬重他高尚的情操！他的教導令我終身受用；讓我懂得怎樣以聖經的真理面對世界！多謝你，朱牧師！
