As a Christian, I have been praying for a long time but it seems like in lack of strength sometimes.
Prayer is conversation between God and us; however, I have been praying too formal and with no heart. Gradually, I lost my direction and concentration.
Pastor Ho reminded us that everything God wants us to know can be found in bible. Bible teaches us how to pray!
Psalms 65 and 84
When we praise God in our prayers, do we just repeat the same few things? Is it because we don't know God well enough?
After getting to know more about God and learning how to praise God in my prayers, I see my sins, then I repent. When I am praising God, I see God's promises, then I can hold God's promises to extend His kingdom through my life.
Thank God for sending Pastor Ho to our church today! I have learned a lot!

Eye Make-up Remover
It is important to remove makeup completely to let the skin became clean and fresh after covering it with cosmetics for entire day.
I am too lazy that i don't want to spend too much time on cleaning. So, i love something effective:
Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover whisks away my makeup without irritating my eyes. Remember to shake it until homogenous before use =)
Makeup Remover Puff from 萬寧 in Hong Kong or Facial Puffs from Cosmed in Tai Wan. It works much better than the cotton pad which absorbs too much makeup remover solution but too bad that I until can't find anything like them in US.
I use Clearasil daily face wash (oil-free) to wash my face again after Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover because I like the fresh feelings given by Clearasil.

Say bye to dry skin
Weather is getting so dry, especially in the office!
I was surprised to see my dry skin with all the white lines...
My mom recommended glycerin which softens my skin and keeps it from dry. It works much better than all the lotions I have bought so far!
And the most important thing is that it only around $3!
Product: Glycerin/ Glycerol/ 1,2,3-Propanetriol
Cost: ~$3 Unbeatable!

Direction:
Option 1: Apply it directly to your skin after taking bath or shower (when your boby is still wet).
Option 2: Dilute it with water until it is not too viscous (I usually dilute 1 portion of glycerin with at least 5 portions of water), then use it as lotion.
Caution: Do NOT apply on wound
