Visiting My Niece

I always think my lovely niece looks like me. At least we have the same nose. =p



She is the best baby ever! So cute, smart, and observant.



She is a fast learner. After I showed her a couple times how to play the game, she picked it up already.

She is so observant. She knew and remembered which shoes belong to me, and took them to me whenever we were about to leave the house.

She is a little helper. She volunteered to help the teacher moving the piano in the music class.

She is very responsible. She feeds the cats every morning. When she dropped some cat food on the floor, she picked them up and put them back to the plate although no one asked her to do it.

She is so smart. She turns off the light and turns on the humidifier before she goes to bed.

She is so sweet. She likes to share, never fights with other kids for toys. She even gave her favorite toy to her little friend in day care when she knew that she was sick.

I can’t believe a 16 months old baby who can barely walks steadily acts that impressive! I think her parents do a very good job on teaching her.

冰糖雪耳木瓜鮮奶


雪耳是一種生長於枯木上的膠質真菌,含有有益的植物膠質及豐富的蛋白質、維他命、氨基酸、粗纖維、碳水化合物...能治咳嗽、生津滋養、滋陰潤肺,促進皮膚血液循環,加速新陳代謝,美白、滋潤皮膚。

木瓜是貴族水果之王, 含有豐富維他命 C , β 胡蘿蔔素 , 纖維和鉀質 。

冰糖雪耳木瓜鮮奶的製作重點是不要煮鮮奶和木瓜,因為高溫會破壞鮮奶的蛋白質同木瓜的酵素。

以下是一個慳功夫,慳時間,慳能源,但得到更多營養的製作方法:

材 料 : 雪耳1個、木瓜1個、冰糖適量、鮮奶約2 liter


Step 1: 將雪耳浸水至軟身,切去根部後,切成小片,備用。


Step 2: 用半碗水將冰糖煮溶,備 用 。


Step 3: 木瓜去皮、去核,切成小塊,備用。


Step 4: 待雪耳冷卻後,加入鮮奶,再加入適量冰糖水,最後加入木瓜。
